Payments & Cancellation Policy
Payments can be made in US Dollars (year 2012 and above) or the equivalent in Ugandan Shillings. We accept Visa Card, Mobile Money (Airtel & MTN), cash and bank transfers (UGX and US Dollar account).
As we are a small guesthouse, cancellations have a big impact on us and other guests that want to book with us. So please take note of our cancellation policy:

25% of the total price for cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival

50% of the total price for cancellations between 7 and 1 day(s) before arrival

100% of the total price for cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival (2 p.m. on the day of check in)
